Returns

If there’s a problem we’ll sort it. 

We are proud to make beautiful quality products. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange in it's original (unwashed, unworn and unused) condition, along with the original receipt within 30 days. Please do not remove swing tags.

Simply contact us below with your problem, then send your item back with the original receipt. Shipping costs back to nancylovesbikes.com are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once the product is received we'll check it to make sure it hasn't been worn and the tags are still in place. Then we'll process your request. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the items by nancylovesbikes.com.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds or exchanges on sale goods. 

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item please get in touch below. We do not replace or refund items damaged by improper laundering. Please follow the care label instructions when washing, plus we have some helpful care tips here.
